UK- Vintage spumante (charmat method) obtained from pure 100% Lessini Durello grapes.

Harvesting is carried out strictly by hand and this allows you to select the best bunches and to take care when laying these inside the crates, where they are then left to stand for one night to allow for the natural lowering of the grapes temperature before they are crushed.

Thanks to these scrupulous preparations throughout the whole process and due to the microclimate found in the area, you can get a very balanced wine with a typical colour and an interesting range of fragrances.

Soil: Medium mix lending to clay-silt of basaltic-volcanic origin, well drained, 200 m above sea level, located on the west side of the valley and with north-south row orientation.

Variety: Lessini Durello.

Vineyard Processing: integrated control.

Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation between 10 and 15 °C, second fermentation in autoclaves 18 hl for 2 months, bottling and left to stand in the bottle for another 2 months.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Pairings: fish and roasted white meats.

Region: Veneto.
