ZONA DI PRODUZIONE: Vallata d'Alpone e zona nord-est di Soave. 

VENDEMMIA: Cernita dei migliori grappoli effettuata esclusivamente a mano verso metà /fine settembre.

TECNICA: I grappoli vengono adagiati su cassettine di plastica e fatti appassire fino a fine dicembre nei fruttai. L’uva viene poi costantemente selezionata e controllata fino al momento della pigiatura, alla quale segue una fermentazione lenta in botti di acciaio inox ed un successivo affinamento in bottiglia per circa 6 mesi. 

CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICHE: Vino dolce ed intenso dal colore giallo dorato, con un profumo fruttato e piacevole di uva passa e frutta candita.

AREA OF PRODUCTION: Area of Alpone valley, in the north-eastern part of Soave.

HARVEST: Harvested and selected completely by hand around mid-late September. 

TECHNIQUE: The grapes are left to dry into little plastic boxes located inside aired places, where they are constantly controlled and cleaned up until the moment of pressing (At the end of December). After then, it takes place a slow fermentation into stainless steel tanks and a following bottle aging for about 6 months.

TASTING NOTE: Sweet and intense wine with a golden yellow colour and a pleasant fruity bouquet of raisin and candied fruit.
