VITIGNO: Corvina, Rondinella ed una piccola parte di Merlot.

ZONA DI PRODUZIONE: Zona collinare di Vestenanova.

VENDEMMIA: Cernita dei migliori grappoli effettuata a mano verso metà /fine settembre. 

TECNICA: I grappoli vengono adagiati su cassettine di plastica e fatti appassire fino a fine dicembre nei fruttai.

L’uva viene poi costantemente selezionata e controllata fino al momento della pigiatura, alla quale segue una fermentazione lenta in botti di acciaio inox ed un successivo affinamento in bottiglia per circa 6 mesi.

CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICI: Vino dolce dal colore rosso rubino, con un profumo carico e fruttato di mirtillo, ciliegio e confettura. Al palato risulta piacevolmente dolce ma non stucchevole, con un finale ricco e persistente.

GRAPES VARIETY: Corvina, Rondinella and a little part of Merlot.

AREA PRODUCED: Hilly area of Vestenanova.

HARVEST: Harvested and selected completely by hand around mid-late September.

TECHNIQUE: The grapes are left to dry into little plastic boxes located into aired places, where they are constantly controlled and cleaned up until the moment of the pressing (At the end of december). After then, it takes place a slow fermentation into stainless steel tanks and a following bottle aging for about 6 months.

TASTING NOTE: Sweet wine with a ruby red colour and a strong and fruity aroma of blueberry, cherry and jams. It has a pleasantly sweet taste, with a good persistence and a rich finish.
